1. Refunds In General

We offer a simple refund policy, you can return your items within 14 days of receiving it.  

However, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, and it should include all items that were in the original package. You will then be issued a full refund and the refunded amount will be shown in your bank statement within 5 - 10 working days.

2. Refunds for Frames with Prescriptions Lenses

We offer a simple refund policy, you can return your items within 14 days of receiving it.

However, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, and it should include all items that were in the original package.  

In addition, we will only refund the amount paid for the frames only but NOT the lenses with added variations. Variations include prescription lenses and/or coatings. The refunded amount will be shown in your bank statement within 5 - 10 working days.

So please try to make sure you are happy with your prescription before ordering.  

3. Returns Postage

For any and all returns you will have to cover the cost for returns postage.
